Adding Content
Under the Content menu item is “Add Content” where you can see the types of content you
can create on your website. Your website may not have all of these, but will mainly include
Basic Page, Landing Page, Alert and Webform.
Content Types
Prior to providing instruction on how to add new pages to your site, it is important to introduce
you to available content types that you will use to create new pages. This can be slightly
different between financial institutions. If an additional content type was created for your
financial institution, then there will be instructions on how to manage it provided.
Please see content type options below:
Alert – Manage the alert banner(s) that appears on your site. Typically used to announce
branch closures, website maintenance, and other outages or important messages.
Blog Page (if applicable) – Manage specific blog pages for your site. These pages are the
articles that make up the blog page on your site.
Event – Manage the event postings that appear on your website. These are typically single
pieces of content that are then aggregated on the homepage, news page, and/or elsewhere as
configured on your website.
Gallery – Manage an image gallery on your website.
Basic Page – Manage the internal pages of your site. This page is made up of content areas
with flexible content pieces and can include a sidebar section.
Landing Page – Manage the homepage or a special landing page of your website. This page is
made up of content areas with flexible content pieces and does not include a sidebar section.
Webform – Manage CMS webforms. This is for forms built using the CMS webforms only.
Custom-built webforms and embedded 3rd party forms can only be edited by the Trabian
development team.
